Dr. Susan Prendergast PhD NP
Clinical Director
Dr. Susan Prendergast PhD NP, is the Clinical Director at Ellithia Healthcare. She has been a Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner for over 20 years. Susan’s unique background encompasses primary care expertise as well as unparalleled knowledge and experience in a variety of women’s health specialties. Susan has advanced knowledge in comprehensive hormonal evaluations, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), nutritional and exercise programs, and other therapies. She has helped thousands of men and women reduce the conditions associated with hormonal imbalances. Susan loves spending time outdoors with her son, husband, and two dogs. She relies on exercise to deal with stress and has committed to adding yoga to her life very soon!

Cheryl Caul MN NP
Cheryl Caul, NP, has been involved with endocrinology (the study of hormones) for over 15 years. Her extensive work history ranges from insulin therapy research to incontinence education to gender transition. With more than 30 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse and more than a decade as a Nurse Practitioner, Cheryl’s knowledge of best practices and how to work with and assist patients is second to none. Not satisfied with past successes, Cheryl continues to educate herself about the latest in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and holistic patient care. Cheryl looks forward to inspiring and helping all Ellithia patients to achieve their best possible health outcomes.

Tammy O’Rourk PhD NP
Dr. Tammy O’Rourke, PhD NP, is a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP). She has been practicing as a nurse for over 30 years in acute and primary care and in older adult and women’s health. She has created, developed, and established two NP-led clinics (the SAGE clinic in Edmonton, AB, and Canada’s first Nurse Practitioner-led clinic, in Belleville, ON). Tammy has also taught Nurse Practitioner students at the University of Alberta, Dalhousie University, and Athabasca University. Recently, Tammy followed her passion and became certified as a Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) specialist through the world-renowned WorldLink Medical. Tammy is licensed in Alberta, Ontario, and Nova Scotia. She loves to decorate, cook, travel, and spend time with her family.
